Returns & Exchanges

In general, you can return an unwanted product provided:

  • It is undamaged and unused, with the original labels and stickers still attached.
  • It is in the original packaging, which must be undamaged and in its original condition with all seals still intact (if applicable).

If you would like to exchange/return an item, you can:

Inform us by sending an email to info@barbari.co.za within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days, you can only return or exchange a product if it is defective. No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an official request.

The following information must be supplied:

  • Your order number,
  • Copy of original invoice,
  • Product code(s) of the item(s) being returned; and
  • Reason for return

Please be advised that a return can take up to 5 working days to complete from date of receipt and issuing of credit memo. An alternative item will be suggested should the replacement item not be available in the size required. A refund will be processed in the event of no stock in the required items.

If a damaged or incorrect item received, you can;

Inform us by sending an email to info@barbari.co.za within 14 days of the purchase date. After 14 days. Once we have inspected the product and validated the item, we will process an exchange for the desired item. This process may take up to 5 working days.

Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. This may occur if stock is insufficient or the quality of goods ordered does not meet the Provider’s standards. Should the Provider exercise this right, the User will receive a full refund with no deductions.

All customers are to be made aware that the stock of all products on offer is limited. We will endeavour to ensure that all special offers on products will be removed once the stock becomes unavailable. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to the stock being sold out, you will be contacted either via email or per telephonic communication means and will be entitled to a reimbursement to the value of your original purchase price or an online voucher to the value of your purchase.
